P. & A. is concentrating on the selection and distribution of software utilities and applications for the Japanese market. We are proud to have been the first ASP^※ approved shareware vendor in Japan back in 1992, and we are now one of the major distributors in Japan for independent Japanese and foreign developers. We always strive to find the best product value in each category.
Our goal is to provide the best customer experience possible, with a fully localized version of products that answer actual user needs, at an affordable price, and always with P&A standard free and unlimited support.

独立系のソフトウェア開発者と販売会社が取引することを目的に1987年に組織されました。
